Your order will be processed and shipped following the guidelines below.

• Timing : Delivery in 4-5 working days.
• Cost : Free for orders over €30.

• Details : The package will be delivered via GLS within 4-5 working days to the address provided.

Returns Process

Returned via post

• Procedure :
  • Check if the order has been split into multiple packages. Returns can be made in one package including all delivery notes.
  • The period for making returns is 15 days from receipt of the order.
  • The customer is responsible for generating the return label and returning shipping costs.
  • For registered customers, please access "My Orders" in your account. For orders placed as a guest, please use the "Track My Order" feature on the site.
  • Indicate the products to be returned on the delivery voucher, insert the voucher into the package and apply the return label.
  • The return package must be sent within 15 days of the decision to make the return.

Exchanges and Refunds

• Exchanges : Exchanges are possible. To proceed with an exchange, please contact customer service for further instructions.
• Returns by Mail : Refunds are available for items returned by mail.

Refund Method

• Conditions : Items must be new, unworn and returned in the original labeled packaging.
